Took me a while to figure out what this actually does.... :P

Maybe, change the name of the Primium bar to primium plate, I was always assuming it was a bar on GUI... dont ask me why, it was what I initially assumed.

And, in the description, actually say what is the possible uses of this plate by other modders, that is, 19 level of compressed resources that can be used for very expensive recipes in end game items while adding some complexity. So, instead of having an item requiring 5M iron plates, it requires primium plate level X, adding not only the resource requirement but also the manufacturing complexity to the end game item

Interesting thought.
Will have to think of the uses for every level first.
Level 19 is obvious, Creative-mode items.
19 updates will come, 1 by 1, updating this again and again, until i get a desc for all of them.

New thought: just list all my ideas then put in 1 update
