Update: Obsolete as of 0.18.42. Optimization made combinators perform better. This mod may still have some benefits, but it is very much a blunt approach.

Reduces UPS usage on combinators! Regain your UPS on those logic heavy megabases!

Note: May make some circuit heavy entities perform poorly. Particularly anything using a timer. I have received reports that this does not play nice with LTN.

This improved UPS on my Space Exploration save by 33% and I was only using 440 combinators.
