Adds processing of Plutonium, which is created from nuclear fission of Uranium. It can be used to extract even more energy or incinerate enemies with new ammunition.
These recipes were supposed to have the barrel returns excluded from productivity bonuses, but it seems the property name was changed and I missed that. Thanks for the report, making an update.
