P.L.O.P.C The personal light operations patrol craft is just a simple runabout with a mounted machine gun. The turbine/rotors are animated when moving, I created this mod to hopefully tweak someones interest as I would like to make a similar mod to Helicopter revival but I would need help coding it. Making 3d models in blender is my specialty when mod making.
