You're probably getting sick of me but I'm kinda pushing the limits of your mod so I don't have to set up mining outposts.

If there's more coal copper iron and stone "item-on-ground" than there are bots*cargo_multiplier then stop making more.

I expanded my solar array with the bots that were mining and ended up with over 2million items on ground for 40k bots which even with cargo bonuses is 10x more than I have capacity to move

I think the problem might be that it's possible to spawn items faster than the game's construction manager can create tasks to pick them up. Otherwise there should be no available bots and this mod shouldn't be spawning any more items.

It's a tricky problem and I think it's just pushing against the limits of the game.

nods I think part of it was that the construction manager was as much not sending bots out to do placing of solar panels due to lack of materials as it was sending out for ores

I'm not sure if there's a good or easy solution for coding (I'm managing my choices of when and what to mine a lot better for now as well as the other mod I made to keep 1000 construction bots free at all time which really helps)

Maybe, a hack though I'm not sure how good or easy, would be to keep the length of the construction queue less than 2x the number of bots in the system

I identified and fixed a bug. If you enough bots to mine 300 items per second, the game would get stuck creating more ore items and not picking them up. The game will now spend more time assigning jobs for very large bases.
