Remove Speed Limit Sign will not remove the speed limit IF the speed limit being imposed is equal or lower than in the mod setting of "min driving assistance speed".

To reproduce :
Set Speed limit sign to 20 or lower.
Drive through the sign
Passing Remove Speed limit sign will not remove the limit, even after driving (auto / manually) through that sign multiple times.
Eventually it will get removed after,..well....i don't know what cause it to restore the speed, i drive back and forth is all i know.
