Considering this mod hasn't been updated in a few years, I fear its abandoned.
I don't play Factorio few years :) Yes, I can complete it, but it needs too much time to make all the graphics.
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/textureless is a similar mod for 2.0 Space Age.
