Fork of Kux-OrbitalIonCannon with full Space Exploration 0.7 compatibility. Launch ion cannons via vanilla rocket silos or SE cargo rockets. Cannons are tracked per-planet — fire from orbit of the planet you're on. Supports SE zones (planets, moons, orbits) and Space Age platforms. Based on Supercheese's Orbital Ion Cannon and kuxynator's Factorio 2.0 port.
