But i think there is a positive feedback loop.
10 plutonium cells take 1 plutonium to make
but in the plutonium reprocessing you the recipe takes 5 used cells and gives you 2 plutonium and 50% of getting u-235
this means that you get 4 plutonium per 10 cells
