Noxys Deep Core Mining Tweak

Tweaks the speed of VortiKs deep core mining machines. This by default reduces the speed to 1/5th of the normal speed since I feel this is a more balanced rate.

This mod allows you to tweak the speed of the deep core mining machines from this mod.

By default it reduces the speed to 1/5th of the original mods speed but you can easily change that to whatever you like in the mod settings.
