Quality modules are no longer affected by their own quality: every quality module works like a legendary one, and they can only be crafted at normal quality. Quality module 1: +2.5% quality, -5% speed (same as vanilla legendary) Quality module 2: +5% quality, -5% speed (same as vanilla legendary) Quality module 3: +7.5% quality, -5% speed (vanilla legendary: +6.25%) Recipes cost more, including the lower tier modules they use: Quality module 1: 2x ingredients, 2x crafting time Quality module 2: 2x ingredients (8 quality module 1), 2x crafting time Quality module 3: 6x ingredients (24 quality module 2), 3x crafting time
