I doubt anyone is looking for an updated version at this point, but I tagged the mod with Factorio 2.0 and it worked perfectly. I re-uploaded it at https://mods.factorio.com/mod/No_Bot_Charging_Repair_Turret_Redux. @GeneralTank, if you want to update your copy with the new Factorio version I'll gladly remove mine.
