Removes spoilage from all items (with exceptions), and introduces a Fermentation Plant to spoil them, instead.

i inverted toggle for exclusion VS inclusion config

i love the concept of this mod as a few mods i play with have just introduced some awful and utterly unneeded spoilage mechanics but the current config options to completely disable all spoilage and then exclude a few recipes that break is a bit more than needed in my case and would take a very long time to add all the exclusions. if a toggle could be added to switch from and exclusion list to an inclusion list that would be preferable as that allows me to just set the 10-15 troublesome items instead of the 100~ exclusions.

Hmm... Yeah, that shouldn't be TOO hard to do. Speaking from memory, though, as it's been a while since I've messed with the mod. In theory, at least, I should be able expand the exclusion list check with an extra mod setting. Although, it might be simpler to leave the exclude list as-is (since I don't want to nuke people's settings) and add an include list as a separate thing. That way, you can both exclude some things AND include others, without making one or the other. Probably make the exclusions override the inclusions, in case someone for some reason puts the same recipe in both lists.

I need to think about this, and also find time to mess with it. So no deadline I can offer, but it's a good excuse to give Factorio another look.
