  Fixed:
    - Car headlights weren't on during the "day".
    - Uranium ore patches weren't glowing during the "day".
    - Concrete couldn't be removed from under the crashed spaceship and its wreck pieces.
    - Space age ore entities were being added to the excepction list in the wrong section of code.
  Features:
    - Night-vision goggles are now disabled by default. Enabling now keeps them always on when worn.
    - Changed the small lamp's range and drop off when using the brighter light setting.
    - Added a light source to combat robots to make fighting in the dark easier.
