Custom Music Editor

This mod adds new music to planets in Factorio with the ability to replace default tracks.

🎵 How to Add Custom Music

📌 File Preparation

1. Convert your tracks to .ogg format (required!)
2. Open the mod folder → sounds

📁 Folder Structure

• any - music for all planets and space
• menu-track - tracks for main menu
• Planet-named folders - music for specific worlds

🔄 Applying Changes

1. After adding files, exit the sounds folder
2. Rename but.txt to but.but
3. Run but.but to update the mod

⚠️ Multiplayer Usage

If you added custom tracks - other players need to add them too.
Due to Factorio API limitations, music doesn't sync automatically, which may cause errors.

🔄 Proper Installation for Multiplayer:

1. Have one person add all tracks to the mod
2. Rename but.txt to but.but and run it
3. Share the complete mod with friends (e.g. via file sharing)
4. Friends place the mod in their mods folder replacing the original version

This ensures everyone has identical music without desync issues
