Because I am helping angel on angels mods. So the bob angels extension is not even 100% up to date, so I just never came around to fixing the seablock extension...
With the new science mode in angels (which will be default at some point), this will be quite hard to maintain. It's not that I will never update it anymore, just have to prioritize what mods I maintain in the limited free time that I have as a full time university student.
