The cycle is caused by AAI industries. The mod loads perfectly without AAI present.

I was thinking on creating mod compatibility for AAI industries as already was requested a while ago. To make sure it works I also need to make mod compatibility with omni matter, which I was working on previously (before the 0.17 update). So I'll mark this as duplicate, since AAI compatibility has already been requested.
