Holding control and walking down is used everywhere in the game, I had to hunt through the controls and try to figure out what mod decided to write over it so that I couldn't walk while moving down, and it was moon logic. Don't bind to Ctrl-S please. There's no reason that saving even needs to be bound because it's only relevant when that window is open and the button is visible.
