Started the game with bob&angels with components and technology overhaul + MomosTweak, and it seems you can't create Alginic Acid without Electrolyzer. It means you can't automate grey and red circuit board production (you need paper/wood for it, and paper is made of Alginic Acid and other stuff).
And real problem is that you will need resistors to get to electrolyzer research (Basic Chemistry), and they are made of paper+copper cable, BUT you can't yet make paper at this point.

Pretty sure at some point Alginic Acid was made in assembling machines - can we go back to that?
