Add more complex crafting for science. An overhaul mod make for 30 new Science Pack(MSP) Bob's, Angel's. Reintroduce Bob'sExtended Item.

Currently, you need Military 3 (requires science packs 1-13 + 15-16) to get tanks, which unlocks science pack 14. This means you need to set up science packs 15 and 16 before 14.
