Chemical science packs need to be crafted in Assembly machine 3 (red) which requires level 19 science packs to unlock.
I realized after posting that this seems to be as intended, looking at the file "machine-restriction.lua". Am I simply not understanding how this is supposed to work? This makes a huge technology gap to reach Chemical science packs due to the high-end science packs required. Too big of a gap?
