Pyanodon's mod requires fawogae substrate for the first science pack. This requires the destructive distillation column (no other way to get coke without techs), which in turn requires copper pipe. Copper pipe is locked behind fluid handling by AAI (and also basic automation and electricity). So I can't build the starter science pack.

I wonder if that old AAI science pack 0 mod would do the trick...

Edit: It seems to. Had to fix it to work with Bob's basic logistics stuff though (See my comment on its mod page).

Maybe? I used to always used the science pack 0 mod (also the pyscience mod), and the sp0 mod seems to work here for now too.
