Probably caused by me by fast clicking in the gui while BP was held on cursor, will try narrow it down more.

This error message is from headless server log.

EDIT
Seems that error is happening when: 1) select more entities, aka. one factory and one beacon (there was also some belts and inserters within the selecion), 2) click in gui to import from bp, and 3) when you select the new imported preset.
I tried to select and import more entities in hope, that both assembler and beacon gets its rows imported into preset and it excludes all entities without module slots
