Seems to be a conflict, not sure if it's one mod or the other so I'm letting you both know. When both Module Inserter and Artillery Bombardment Remote are installed, the newly added remotes don't allow it's config GUI to open, instead it opens the module inserter GUI. Removing module inserter "fixes" the issue.
