I couldn't reproduce the error. I started a new scenario in the map editor, i guess you are trying to edit an existing one?
If so, can you upload the scenario somewhere so i can reproduce it? (Scenarios are saved in Facotrio-folder/scenarios, just zip the directory of the scenario)
