This is a direct update to [https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Modular-Armor] by Ranakastrasz.

No internal names have been changed, so this should migrate seamlessly, both from his 0.16 version, and to his 0.17 if/when it arrives.

The only change is the removal of the semiconductor (induction) equipment. The locale descriptions say it doesn't work, and there are other mods that add such tech.
