Adds a ring of water around the starting area (scales with the starting area slider and won’t show in the preview… yet).
Since I’m still learning and haven’t figured out how to make it visible in the map preview, I’m showing two screenshots to give you a rough estimation of how big the ring is at 100% starting area.

Highly Recomend any Oil in starting area mod!
