On Spage Age 2.0.11

Error while running event Mining_Drones_Remastered::on_configuration_changed
LuaRendering doesn't contain key get_target.

Can confirm issue is occurring on 2.1.1 when adding to an existing save.

I've tested this case better, the error should be fixed now in v2.1.2 👌 Let me know if it works for you!
