While the mod loads without problem, in game, once researched, the new pneumatic-drill and electric-pneumatic-drill mining tools are not craft-able. Trying to craft in inventory or assembler results in an error pop-up, because mining-tools are obsolete now. There is research that can compensate, see how steel axe effect was converted to a research bonus.
My suggestions is to remove the mining-tools and provide bonuses through research if you are willing.
