Hey i want to make a preset the only part i don't see is a way to only disable some of the milestones that no longer would trigger since my mods has the item disabled but still works as normal. with mods like vanilla, space-age, bobs... With no problem. I have simply disabled the items from crafting meaning you can't get the milestone. but that's what i wanted to fix by my preset. Are you able to shed some light on this help a bit about it ?

The simplest would be to have your mod provide its own preset. So instead of Milestones selecting the "vanilla" preset and then disabling certain parts of it, it would just select the "your-mod-name" preset with whatever you want in it.
