OK, all unknown entities removed.
after /P in the area is chest looks like a assembling-machine, but does nothing, except to be a chest
Something missing in the instructions?

BTW: this concept sounds like an idea I had a long time ago, implemented with invisible infinity chests for input and output and combinators for the correct ratio. but I couldn't emulate the pollution and power consumption properly.

It's not a chest, it's a huge factory. Throw the necessary resources in there and use a manipulator with a filter to pull out the finished product.
