i Possible Automation

I've read the other comment about making them work like trains. Would you be able to make them go from point A to point B with special markers? Or maybe make them work like retextured, slower & larger-capacity logistic robots with their own type of roboport (airship port)? Or kind of like the Spidertron Logistics System mod.

It would be super cool to see automated airships in the sky, crossing waters and cliffs (especially since I've never been able to understand the AAI industries mod tutorials). Additionally, if you do go through with this, I suggest adding a research that unlocks a dirigible that can simply have the first one's texture, but double or triple the size and inventory capacity (maybe slightly faster too if you're feeling generous).

It'll be interesting to see new interactions with the mod.

Don't expect a new automation system from me. Though, it'll be interesting to do something with vehicles, especially with dirigibles across islands. They might even simplify some boring stuff, hm...
