On destroying of buildings you have a chance to get some loot from it.

I'm getting more mats from the "remnants" than the mats I use to create the items, probably has to do with "buildings" that are produced in multiples. I have lot of land mines and I'm getting more mats from the remnants than the mats I use to initially create them
