Thats a reasonable point, but at the moment I would consider it out of scope, like as if you requested from a logistic network an item that you don't have set up in provider chests.
I would like to use this with a belt supply system, but that's not really possible without knowing what's get requested. The only alternative is to have multiple depots filled with common items.
