Unfortunately no, The way the blueprints work they only copy the base entity and not the invisible ones. However, the idea has been brought up to try to incorporate the recipe combinator to auto set the requester chests. This will require a lot of tinkering and experimentation and I don't know how long it will take or if I can even make it work properly. I don't know when I'll be able to get around to this but I do at least want to try.
