Advanced Furnaces 2 Extended

Adds more mod settings to the Load-Furn-2 mod and adds an integration with Bob's Logistics. Adds optional logic to drive smelts speeds for each furnace. Adds a new speedy Steel recipe from Coal and Iron. Loaders (if enabled in the base mod) now run at Belt Speeds set by Bob's Logistic mod settings and their recipes are found in the same group as Belts.

This is a mod of the Load-Furn-2 mod which fixes text descriptions (EN only) of the existing settings and adds the additional configuration settings in order to provide more options to users of that mod and for those that like to tweak balance. This mod enables new, intelligent, single-setting methods to achieve more balance/less balance.

Corrections & Fixes:
"Steel Plate 2" recipe fixed to use the same item graphic as the vanilla Steel and also name of the recipe updated.
Added consistency in the name of the furnaces
Description of "cool" recipe to smelt wood into an inane amount of coal changed for accuracy. WYSIWYG

This mod adds:

A new Steel recipe that is enabled by default. This new recipe takes 5 iron ore and 1 coal to produce 1 steel in half of the usual time it takes to smelt iron ore directly into Steel as provided by the original mod. For balance, iron ore directly to steel recipe accounts for the time to make an iron plate and then iron plates to steel. 3.2 secs of energy used to move 1 iron ore to iron plate (for 5 plates = 16 seconds of energy) + 16 secs of energy for the standard steel smelt from 5 iron plates. This NEW recipe assumes efficiencies by adding coal to the smelt and thus we conceptually skip making iron plates. Please let me know in discussions any comments on the matter. I think 5x coal and 5x Iron sounds like Satisfactory (a great game btw) but in this game Coal is not nearly as abundant as iron, especially at the start when you're running on burners for hours and hours.

-"Enable product-based crafting speeds" -
This startup setting configures Load-Furn-2's furnaces' crafting speed to consider the smelt time of the most time-intensive smelting recipe and the least time-intensive smelting recipe. The factorio log will output those values for informational purposes on every startup.
In the vanilla base game, the most time intensive smelting recipe is 1x Steel from 5x Iron Plate requiring 16s time (on normal maps, double that time on expensive maps)

-"Use Electric Furnace energy per craft efficiency" -
This startup setting configures Load-Furn-2's furnaces' crafting efficiency to consider the base game's Electric Furnace entity's energy efficiency.
As of this writing that is 90kW per 1.0 craft. The factorio log will output whatever the value is for informational purposes on every startup. This mod is compatible with mods that change but not remove the Electric Furnace.
NOTE: For balance purposes none of the furnaces by default are as crafting efficient as the Electric Furnace.

-"Use Electric Furnace pollution per craft efficiency" -
This startup setting configures Load-Furn-2's furnaces' pollution output to consider the base game's Electric Furnace entity's pollution efficiency.
As of this writing that is 0.5 pollution per minute per 1.0 craft. The factorio log will output whatever the value is for informational purposes on every startup. This mod is compatible with mods that change but not remove the Electric Furnace.
By default this option is disabled since the original mod has no pollution generation on its furnaces.
If enabled the pollution per crafting multiple is a decreasing value per tier of furnace. With the Prototype Oven being equivalent pollution output to an electric furnace's per craft.

What is not included is a second look at the recipes for the furnaces to determine if they are balanced with the base game. Perhaps in a future version.
