I've installed some of Bob's Mods, so I can build e.g. medium electric poles 1-4.
The recipe for an upgraded pole is just the previous tier plus some more materials, so you aren't stuck with a pile of low-level poles.
Unfortunately, if I were to use your mod, I wouldn't be able to use a lighted pole to craft anything.
Could you make it a setting that, if Pole B requires Pole A, Pole B+L has the same recipe as Pole B except that it requires Pole A+L?

Sorry not worth the effort.
Instead of generating pole recipes one by one I'd have to find all poles, in a 2nd pass check if any is an ingredient for another pole before I can even start generating recipes.

If you want recycling that badly use a reverse crafting mod like "reverse factory".
