What would I do to fix this?

So I did a bit of research and it seems to be conflicting with a mod named "Darkstar Utilities"

This happens when mods set pole.maximum_wire_distance = 0 and don't set pole.draw_copper_wires to false.
LEPP then sees it as valid pole and calculates light radius 0 with 0 energy consumption.

Version 1.8.0 will ignore poles with maximum_wire_distance = 0.
