The small electric poles were moved from "basic-electronics" to "basic mining" and no longer give recipe to make small lighted poles. I changed the data_updates.lua file local technology_overwrite to reflect this change and the poles came back.
Thanks for letting me know. I'll update the override for the next release. Makes no sense to have the small electric pole in mining, but whatever....
