Lighted Big Electric Poles are not lit up if placed by Construction Drones (early game bots mod). Manually removing the pole and placing it again lights it up. Can't confirm if this happens with in-game construction bots yet.

Edit: Tested in sandbox mode, in-game bots place them correctly.

Please take this bug report to the author of Construction Drones.
LEP+ doesn't magically know when poles are built, but relies on the events on_built_entity and on_robot_built_entity. If your other mod creates entities in script without raising those events I have no way of knowing.
