When using fast replace with mod (unknown if error is due to>>) Upgrade Builder and Planner red circuit wires are retained, green circuit wires are removed.
Normal fast replace cuts all wires copper, red & green and automatically connects only copper.
One of your other mods seems to add functionality to retain red wire connections.
I confirm the bug. No check for connected logical network wires.
Fast Replace never retains circuit connections.
