So I'm not super familiar with the pyanodon's mods, but I think the issue you're referring to is being unable to research vehicle miner MK1 because there is no electric miner tech, I have resolved this. I've loaded this mod with the full pyanodon's suite and it looks like all the techs are accessible. Let me know if you have other issues with pyanodons.
Problems in tech tree, if I remember. For green pyanodons packs need aluminum, but you can't receive it, because research for aluminum demands green packs.
I decide problems very simple - delete your mod :(.
Ok so with only my mod and the full pyanodon's suite, aluminum requires only red packs. The green science tech research nor the logistic science pack item require aluminum. The problem with lies with another mod or a conflict between mine and another mod, not pyanodon's.
