Land fill and cliff explosives per planet (Nauvis, Fulgora and Vulcanus).

This is a simple mod that add way to generate specific landfill for Fulgora as well as for Vulcanus, plus, add extra cliff explosive specific for Nauvis and Fulgora.

There is only 1 cliff in the game, so instead of messing with the cliff entity and trying to figure out how to change the world gen to generate different cliffs, I just made a different cliff explosive instead. Vulcanus still have the base game cliff explosive that can be exported.

Added landfill now works with ctrl + z and blueprints, only missing support for quick place with shift + click.

Why this mod exists? Because I think it is a terrible decision to block cliff explosives behind Vulcanus, leaving no option to deal with Nauvis cliffs (no, nuke is not an "option" to deal with cliffs).
Also having to almost finish the game to unlock a proper landfill (foundation) to the other planets is insane. This mod solves it.

Nauvis:
Add an alternate recipe and tech for cliff explosives, exclusive to Nauvis.

Fulgora:
Add an alternate recipe and tech for cliff explosives, exclusive to Fulgora.
Add two variants for oil landfill, one that can be placed at light oil, no dependency on other planets.
Other that can be placed on deep oil, depends on Vulcanus technology as well.

Vulcanus:
Add a variant of the landfill that can be placed in lava.

I have no idea what I'm doing, so feel free to open a pull request if you have some better icons, know how to add different kind of cliffs, or make the tiles works with shift + click, like it landfill works in nauvis.
