g [Not a bug] Issue with Fluid Trains Returning to Depot with Fluid Left in the Wagons

When I use LTN Combinator Modernized, I keep getting instances where trains will be requested even when the threshold is not met. This locks up my depots and the network.

I was not getting this issue before I used Combinator Modernized. I think the previous most recent thread in Chinese is also referring to the same issue. My settings are -300,000 requested fluid and 200,000 request threshold with a 400,000k station capacity. This has happened with every fluid I've put on trains.

I did some more digging on the issue and it looks like when using a regular constant combinator while this mod is active, the issue persists. As soon as this mod is removed, the constant combinator behaves as expected, so this mod is messing with the requester signals. I think the Chinese thread was saying something similarly.

This mod doen't change any behavior or interact with LTN directly. It is primarily a GUI mod of a constant combinator. You can connect a power pole to the LTN Combinator to verify it is emitting expected signals and that they match what a constant combinator would send out. From there the only interaction this combinator mod has is the signal sent on the wire for LTN to read and react to.

I wish there was more to it than that, but that is the limit of interaction with LTN.
