I was placing a rail blueprint but there was no LTN combinator in said blueprint. See screen shot for details: https://i.imgur.com/VoXM66B.png
Can you provide the save game and blueprint you were trying to place. I haven't been able to create conditions that reproduce this.
Hey, same issue, on a hosted server (not local save). With any blueprint from the game library, where the book is selected and pasted.
