Something that I've been looking at doing by manipulating outputs of the combinator, struck me as possibly a good idea for an actual setting.
Checkbox for variable priority.
Sets Priority as as a outstanding % of request unfulfilled : That way if you are sending a resource to multiple places it automatically goes to the one thats closest to running out.
