b [Not a bug] Signal bug when placing blueprint

When you place a blueprint that involves the LTN combinator, the combinator UI has the signal, but no signal is actually produced until you manually change the values once.

As you can see, the combinator UI in the middle has some signals, but there's nothing in the right pane.

If you're referring to the Provider Threshold of 32000 it is probably because that is what you have the default set to in the LTN settings. The combinator will not emit signals for the default values.

That is the only thing that looks like it could emit a signal.

[Edit:] The same would go for your default network ID. If you have that set to "1" in the LTN settings there wouldn't be a signal for the combinator to emit.
