b [Fixed] Open a different LTN combinator causes crash.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LTN Combinator.
2. With first still open; open another LTN combinator.
3. lua script crash results.

I didn't see you had a github. I created an issue report there too. If I find any other problems I'll report them on github for now on.

Crash issue is limited to 1.0 as well. I used a feature that was added in 1.1 and didn't try specifically this in 1.0 testing. Thanks for the report!
