This means as soon as you switch a requestor "off", or you remove any requests, it becomes a provider. This should never happen normally, but happens regularly with this mod.

A fix would be to set as very high provide threshold for requester combinators. It might be a good idea to also set a high request threshold for providers, to make sure these are providers.

If this is ot done, the selection of "provider" or §requester" at the top makes little sense, as it doesn't actually do anything.

as far as i understand your problem there are two solutions:

1. Go to Mod Settings -> Map -> Ltn Combinator: enable "High provide threshold for Requester"
   This sets the provide threshold to 50M if the combi acts as a Requester

2. Go to Mod Settings -> Map -> Ltn - Logistic Train Network: set "Provide threshold" to something big (50M)
   This sets the default provide threshold for every station to 50M, unless you set it to something reasonable
