When I play any combinator down and configure it, it always has a supplying thing to where even at a station that is requesting the ltn network thinks it is supplying the items that were requested

you can go to Mod Settings, look for LTN Combinator Settings under the "Map" Tab.
Turn off "High Provide Threshold for Requester".

It is a safety feature. It can happen sometimes, that your Requester gets too much items, maybe because you put something in manually or send a train there to get rid of items.

If you set a provide threshold to any very high number, there will be no accident, that LTN might think your Requester is actually providing something.
